Body Sovereignty for Every Woman

Welcome to MumRed

Where Culture Meets Care

MumRed is proud to introduce Sacred Cycles – our new range of 100% organic bamboo period underwear, designed and quality-checked by First Nations women, for every woman.

Rooted in body sovereignty and cultural care, Sacred Cycles is more than just period wear—it’s a movement.

With sizes XS to 3XXXL, our ultra-soft, absorbent, and breathable design provides leak-proof protection while honouring the deep connection between matriarchy, femininity, and motherhood in First Nations cultures.

But we know access to safe period care isn’t equal. That’s why we’ve created: 💛 Pay It Forward – Buy a pair, gift a pair to a First Nations woman in need. 💛 First Nations Register – First Nations women can order a free pair, provided through our Pay It Forward movement. 💛 Pre-Order Now – Be among the first to receive Sacred Cycles and join a movement that supports period parity in First Nations communities. This is period care made with purpose.  This is how we take care of each other. 💛

Pay It Forward!

Pay It Forward – Give the Gift of Dignity

For many First Nations women, period poverty is a daily reality.

Many women and young girls are forced to go without, resorting to unsafe alternatives or missing school, work, and community life due to a lack of access to menstrual products.

MumRed’s Pay It Forward option is a direct action against this injustice.

When you choose to Pay It Forward, you’re not just buying a product—you’re ensuring a First Nations woman receives a free pair of Sacred Cycles period underwear, designed and quality-checked by First Nations women, made from 100% organic bamboo, and built for comfort, confidence, and body sovereignty.

This isn’t charity. This is period parity.

This is about ensuring First Nations women have access to the same essential care that others take for granted.

💛 How It Works:
✔ Select "Pay It Forward" at checkout
✔ Your purchase funds a free pair for a First Nations woman in need
✔ We distribute directly to women who register for a free pair through our First Nations Register

Period care is a right, not a privilege.

Pay It Forward today.
